Our London team, and this role, is based in our Vintners Place office. We’re looking for a Digital Account Manager to help implement end to end marketing campaigns for one of the most innovative FinTech companies in the personal and business finance industry.

 

About the Role . . .

FairFX are currently looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our highly successful Affiliates team at our Upper Thames office in London. The main purpose of the role is to manage and grow existing relationships with our affiliate partnerships within our International Payments division – you will be managing the digital partners. The role also encompasses acquiring new online affiliate relationships.

What you will do . . .

  • Look after the day-to-day requirements of existing online partnerships - you will be the main point of contact.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Target and acquire new online relationships for the company.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to ensure affiliates have all the tools they need to promote FairFX.
  • Provide regular reporting to partners – includes any account administration tasks, that includes assisting finance & operations.
  • Organising weekly, monthly catch-ups (calls & meetings) with clients.
  • Analysing Analytics and conversion trends to maximise revenue opportunities.

 

 

Key Skills and Experience . . .

  • Evidence of excellent account management skills and an online partnerships background – including B2B experience.
  • Ability to develop good working relationships at all levels internally and with key external contacts.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to multi task and be extremely organised.
  • Self-starting approach and ability to work under pressure.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Degree in marketing or similar relevant field.
