We’ve been doing more than foreign exchange for years, so it’s time for a name that reflects all that we’re doing and all that we’re building.
FairFX are soon to be called Equals.
With intelligent technology, Equals aims to help customers get more out of their money, business, holidays, and everyday life. From travel money to money transfers, and business finance to expenses - we’re removing the headaches.
In a Nutshell
To help us shape the future we are committed to investing in our people and creating a culture that supports the employee journey and well being. We have recently embarked on a people strategy that will support our organisation through an exciting period of transformation and change and are looking for a Chester based HR manager who partners with the business and manages employee relations across the Group. We’re keen to hear from experienced, generalist HR managers who embrace a collaborative working approach and thrive in delivering effectively and diligently.
Joining Equals, a business of approx 300 permanent employees you’ll be part of a driven, highly-engaged people team of 5 across London and Chester who share a natural motivation to getting things done, owning it and doing it well. A team that speaks up if something’s not right or could be done better and who also welcomes feedback as an opportunity to advance in ways of working together and development.
You will be the most senior People team representative in Chester reporting to the Head of People based in London, aligning Chester with the Equals people strategy and developing a people operations strategy for the Group.
