We are focused on a single goal of making it easy for our customers to move their money. Our platform enables us to the cut out the middle man, passing the savings directly to the customer and removing the inconvenience of using expensive Travel Money bureaus and kiosks.

Our London team, and this role, is based in our Aldgate office. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing and Communications Manager to help implement end to end marketing campaigns for one of the most innovative FinTech companies in the personal and business finance industry.

 

About the Role . . .

You will join a dedicated, and talented and supportive marketing team. We are a close-knit team of 8, with plans for further growth as the product roadmap ramps up. FairFX is just the beginning, we have acquired a banking licence in order to bring a ground breaking new product to market, and the Marketing Communications Manager will be central to our part in bringing this to a B2B and B2C market. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer who is looking to develop their career at a fast growing FinTech.

You will work closely with the product and engineering teams, to effectively structure end to end campaigns. We are looking for a candidate with experience in communications and marketing content to help them do this.

We are looking for an ambitious person to join our team who wants to keep learning and pushing their capabilities. There are plenty of opportunities to educate yourself in areas you are not familiar with and broaden your skillset, while also having a large impact in the areas you specialise in.

 

What you will do  . . .

  • Develop and implement creative and compelling content across all communications channels that increases brand awareness and supports sales growth, drives lead generation, enhances audience engagement and optimises SEO
  • Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns for both consumer and business audiences
  • Plan and implement end to end marketing campaigns linked to the release of new product features
  • Measure campaigns against budget to monitor effectiveness of all marketing communications content
  • Work with the team and agencies to create and deliver content against a communications roadmap via paid and owned channels, email, social, web and apps
  • Own the PR strategy, content planning and agency management
  • Take the lead on branded social channels to ensure maximum engagement
  • Support ‘voice of the customer’ programmes
  • Manage and optimise all comms tools including events, sales collateral, webinars, bid proposals, etc.
  • Create and manage partner marketing campaigns
  • Support product positioning communications and proposition development
  • Support investor relations communications


 

 

 

Requirements

Key Skills and Experience . . .

  • Evidence of a solid marketing communications background and exceptional copy-writing/editing abilities
  • B2C and B2B marketing experience, although you can have more experience in one and want to learn more about the other
  • Strong understanding of all social media platforms
  • Experience or knowledge of working with and supporting sales teams to deliver against joint targets 
  • Digital marketing experience, particularly running online campaigns and some website tracking experience and knowledge of best practice SEO
  • Ability to take an analytical and data-informed approach to all activity and campaigns, to build business cases, and measure and report on returns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to develop good working relationships at all levels internally, and with key external contacts
  • Self-starting approach and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • HTML knowledge and experience in using Dotmailer a bonus
  • Wordpress and blogging experience a bonus
