FairFX takes the hassle out of sending money internationally and organising your travel money. Our award-winning product portfolio allows our customers to make low-cost multi-currency payments across a range of FX products, including: Money Transfers, Prepaid Currency Cards and Travel Cash.

We help businesses too by empowering them to take control of their staff expenses through one integrated platform – increasing transparency and reducing staff spend.

We are focused on a single goal of making it easy for our customers to move their money. Our platform enables us to the cut out the middle man, passing the savings directly to the customer and removing the inconvenience of using expensive Travel Money bureaus and kiosks.

Technology is at the heart of what we do and the business is committed to delivering value to our customers through the innovative use of that technology. Our London team, and this role, is based in our Aldgate office. We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to help implement end to end marketing campaigns for one of the most innovative FinTech companies in the personal and business finance industry.


About the Role . . .

Our Marketing Team is looking for a bright and engaged Marketing Executive who is eager to learn and wants to grow their career in a fast-moving Fin-Tech business. The current team has 8 people, including a Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager who you will work closely with and will help you advance your knowledge of the marketing space. You will help with executional jobs to start with, supporting the team to drive campaigns.   

The team is central to the business, helping to create compelling content across multi-channel marketing campaigns which help to increase brand awareness, supports sales growth, drives lead generation and enhances audience engagement. As part of this team, you will help to make a huge impact on the release of new product features at a pivotal and time in our history.

What you will be doing day to day . . .

  • Creating and sending marketing emails, and managing our email platform
  • Posting and organising content on our WordPress blog
  • Coordinating events to promote new product features
  • Researching and coordinating market intelligence
  • Social media community support
  • Pulling together campaign reports and sharing results with the team and the business
  • Managing the group collateral library



A bit about you . . . 

We are looking for an ambitious candidate who is keen to learn as much as possible about the marketing space. You will be interested in technology and knowledge of or an appreciation for digital marketing. You have an understanding of website architecture and/or you blog as a hobby. You are proficient in all MS tools including Excel and Powerpoint. You can demonstrate analytical and interpersonal skills and you have previous experience in a similar role where you've outgrown your role your'e now ready for a bigger challenge. There is a lot of room to progress in our team, and we are looking for someone who has the desire to learn more about both the B2B and B2C market. We will offer you a lot of support and a great start to your career in marketing.
