Our Product Managers work closely with our engineering teams to lead the strategy on our integration and API platforms, our core money management products, and our future banking platforms. If this sounds like exactly the kind of thing you've been looking for, then this is the team for you. 


What you will do . . .

  • Get things done whilst keeping people onside
  • Drive development to ensure features shipped contribute to improving KPIs, metrics and/or the customer experience in a demonstrable way
  • Lead the build team so that they successfully deliver value for the customer
  • Oversee and co-ordinate the product development through each stage of the product life cycle
  • Remove impediments and ensures that the right product is delivered
  • Work across the organisation to ensure that the right people are involved at the right time, constantly communicating to aid to keep projects on track and manage stakeholder’s expectations
  • Take full ownership of the product: be the go to person for all matters relating to the products that you manage
  • Create and manage the product roadmap and development plan
  • Coordinates input to/from UX and engineering teams

You will report into the Head of Product and take on end to end product management responsibilities for FairFX’s retail website and mobile app.  


A bit about you . . .

You have a track record of delivering online products that delight customers, and are known for your flexibilityability to plan and organise, responsiveness, creativity and being a self-starter. You have the ability to build solid working relationships with the engineering teams, your peers and the senior leadership, and pride yourself on your strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills to all levels of seniority and disciplines within the organisation. Ideally you will have experience working in a FinTech environment and will have an appreciation for technology.

Key Experience . . .

  • You have +3 years of experience in a product management role, in an online environment and driven multiple releases.
  • You have a university or equivalent in a technical, engineering or business subject.
  • You have a can-do attitude and strive to overcome obstacles without creating a fuss.
